Györi, Ladislao Pablo ... digital artist & virtual poet ...

was born in Buenos Aires - Argentina on 1963. Graduated in 1989 as Electronic Engineer at the National Technological University (UTN) of Buenos Aires.

Took first literary steps in 1983. Has made experiences and works of Computer 3D Art since 1984. Pieces, structures, sculpture projects, reliefs ... in CAD (Computer Aided Design). After his meeting with G. Kosice in 1986, experimented with poetry and became interested in non-representative and rigorous geometry formulations. Since 1990 has worked in the realization of Madí's "turning" paintings-relief (irregular frame) and digital 3D animations of these geometric structures.

Estiajes (1988) was published in 1994. Poems, Information Theory and computers, joined with the calculus of probability in the composition of the text, in order to change the usual syntax, restricting the redundant elements and postulating a strong "non-linear" character. Unpublished works: Atavismos (1989), Sincronía (1989/90), Vórtice (1990/91) and Pneuma (1992/93).

As sculptor Kosice's assistant from 1990 to 1995 he was responsible for the technical advice, maintenance, project and construction of water circulation, lighting, electronics and movement systems. During a retrospective exhibition at the National Fine Arts Museum of Buenos Aires in 1991, Graphic sequence of a drop of water (1990) –done in colaboration– was shown. This was one of the first computer work ever exhibited at the largest Art Museum of the country. Has participated, among others, in the realization of The tree of life and its language, with the design, construction and installation of a remote controlled electronic-electrical-hydraulic system which allows the introduction of sonic element, and its display in terms of what is known as "spectrum analyzer", through columns of variable water and light. This work was placed in Centenario-Neuquén (1992), in conjunction with the first Argentinean intelligent house.

Co-founder of TEVAT group –together with the semiologyst and engineer José E. García Mayoraz and the mentioned artist–: artificiality and virtual reality, art in cyberspace, studies of semantic fields ... and the diffusion of these new topics in the artistic world.

Nowadays he is into the production of Correlationals and what he calls Virtual Poetry, both related with the main project of the Digital Domain of works of high entropy.
